In SNKRZ, there are Lands, which are metaverse spaces utilizing actual maps. SNKRZ Lands are divided into hexagonal tiles with a radius of 500m and are built on the same map as the real world.

While many metaverse Lands were expensive if they were simply famous places in the real world, SNKRZ Lands will have fluctuating prices based on the flow of foot traffic and the number of visits from actual users. SNKRZ Land give individuality to each Land and are a true metaverse world that can be grown.
