# Type

### **Shoes**&#x20;

Shoes have 5 modes based on the optimal speed. The optimal speed of the shoes changes depending on the mode and the type of exercise of the user. The amount of rewards obtained varies depending on the mode.

<table><thead><tr><th width="156">Mode</th><th>Details</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Walking</strong></td><td>Shoes with an optimal speed of 1~6 km/h earn a normal Workout Point per stamina.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Jogging</strong></td><td>Shoes with an optimal speed of 4~10 km/h earn a normal Workout Point per stamina.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Running</strong></td><td>Shoes with an optimal speed of 5~12 km/h earn a moderate Workout Point per stamina.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Bolt</strong></td><td>Shoes with an optimal speed of 8~16 km/h earn a high Workout Point per stamina.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Unlimited</strong></td><td>Shoes with an optimal speed of 1~16 km/h earn a high Workout Point per stamina.</td></tr></tbody></table>
