$FORCE的总供应量为10亿个，每日发行量有限。$FORCE从基础池和竞争池中分配给用户，$FORCE池在结算基准时间（GMT 00:00）确定。 

基础池和竞争池根据用户在SNKRZ应用内的活动动态确定。基础池和竞争池的大小分别通过不同的公式计算，并且彼此之间没有影响。 

* 基础池：基础池与每日进行锻炼的用户数量成比例确定。 
* 竞争池：竞争池由用户在SNKRZ应用内使用$FORCE的变化确定。

在锻炼过程中，用户可以消耗耐力来获得锻炼点数。根据获得的锻炼点数，用户有资格获得基础和竞争奖励，这些奖励在结算时间（GMT 00:00）后合并并作为$FORCE分发。结算后，锻炼点数将重置。

* 基础奖励由将用户获得的锻炼点数带入基础奖励公式中确定，为用户提供最低奖励。 
* 作为奖励可获得的锻炼点数的最大限制为50,000 WP。
