SNKRZ respects your concerns about privacy. We created this Privacy Notice to explain how we collect and use your information, how to manage your privacy controls and your rights in connection with our apps, websites, or services provided by SNKRZ.

With your consent, we collect information about your position and physical movements so that the SNKRZ app can function properly and monitor and verify legitimate activity. You can turn location tracking on and off through your mobile device's operating system settings. However, if you disable this feature, we will not be able to collect information about your steps and GPS / Cell ID location, and we will not be able to track your movements or convert them to FRC/FIT tokens.

How We Use the Information We Obtain

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide the services.

• To verify your physical movement and location and issue FRC/FIT tokens based on this verified data. To respond to your requests and inquiries.

• To perform market and customer research.

• To communicate with you, includes informing you of updates to the SNKRZ App, SNKRZ Website, our Terms of Use/or this Privacy Policy.

• To operate, evaluate, and improve our business (including developing new products, enhancing and improving our Services, managing our communications, analyzing our products, and performing data analytics, other internal functions.)

• To respond to your requests and inquiries. To protect against, identify, and prevent fraud and other criminal activity and claims.

Your personal data will be kept only for as long as is necessary. We take reasonable industry-standard care in keeping all our data secure and in preventing any unauthorised access or unlawful use of it. All personal data we store and process is handled strictly in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
