# Workout Point

ユーザーはスタミナを消費してトレーニングポイントを獲得できます。1日の合計トレーニングポイントは、ユーザーのランクと順位を決定します。獲得したトレーニングポイントに基づいて、ユーザーは一定割合の$FORCEを受け取ります。また、ランクに応じて時間節約の恩恵を受けることができます。"マスター"ランクは、50,000 WP以上を持つユーザーの中でわずか10名だけが獲得するランクです。より高いランクはより大きな時間節約の効果を提供し、"マスター"ランクは固定されたトレーニング時間の割り当てを受けます。

FRCの精算時には、50,000 WPの上限が適用されます。スタミナを消費して50,000 WPを超えることができますが、精算は50,000 WPの上限に制限されます。50,000 WPを超えるWPは"マスター"ランク内の順位計算に使用されます。また、トレーニング中に50,000 WPを超えても耐久性は減少しません。

#### Workout Point Element

ユーザーは着用しているシューズに応じて基本のワークアウトポイントを持ち、着用しているNFTシューズ以外のさまざまな活動によってボーナスのワークアウトポイントも獲得することができます。基本のワークアウトポイントとボーナスのワークアウトポイントの合計が、ユーザーの1スタミナ当たりのワークアウトポイントとなります。
